Pastor Richie Hawkins has served as our pastor since July of 2023. He and his wife Ashley, along with their two boys, Ben and Jon, moved here from Maine where he served as the pastor of the Camden, Maine Seventh-day Adventist church for almost five years. Richie also is the pastor of the Fremont, Nebraska Seventh-day Adventist church.

Pastor Richie was born in Brunswick, Maine at the Parkview Adventist hospital and was raised in the church. However, he was called into ministry later in life. He previously worked in retail as a store manager and also worked in the IT industry before following the call that God placed on his heart. He enjoys working with couples both with premarital counseling as well as marriage counseling and he is Prepare Enrich certified. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, biking, cooking, and spending time with his family.

It is his goal to use every opportunity that the Holy Spirit gives him to reach out and connect with people who need to be introduced to Jesus.
